In the course of providing our services to you, you will exclusively own the Intellectual Property and deliverables including software, technical documentation, ideas, discoveries, know-How, marketing plans, strategies, concepts, tactics and designs techniques. In case the inventions made by consultants are patentable, we will develop a separate and mutually beneficial agreement to specify merit.
